Where do one-sleeved shirts go after we throw them away?
They go to the land of one/armed men to wear them day by day…
And where do one-eyed teddy-bears go after we throw them away?
They go to the land of Cyclops children that enjoy them anyway.
But what when one-sleeved shirts are torn apart and lye
too useless and forgotten
by one-armed men?
Oh, gone are the good days…
But wait!
An answer comes to prayers!
The one-sleeved and the one-eyed,
now no-sleeved and bat-blind
are thrown away again
and thus become again
more of a nothing,
less of a something,
still always the same thing
to ‘more-of-a-nothings’,
‘less-of-a-somethings’.
The questions is, or should it be,
how many sleeves and how many eyes
are shirts and teddy-bears supposed to have?
And if, perhaps, if we could know,
Who throws away two-sleeved shirts and two-eyed teddy-bears?
